The Residences at Marina Gate

Tower I at "The Residences at Marina Gate* was completed in 2018 and already has a 75% occupancy rate, becoming a proper and fully functioning community. With the farmacy, college and coffee shop on the ground level, Marina Gate claims to become the most desired developmend in Dubai Marina by 2020, when the hand over of the third tower is expected. Accordign to Select Group, the contract with Carefour is signed for the Tower II, reflecting developers' shift into retail investment.
