Another shopping mall to be built in Dubai

New mall with the total area 570,000 sqt located near the International City is expected to be completed in Q2 2021. The target of Samanea Group is to bring predominantely chinese manufactured goods and to build a strong retails base in the Middle East. The agreement between two groups was signed during the business event "Hala China" which this year has connected 600 Chinese investors and entrepreneurs with UAE government entities and companies. "Hala China" running for the second year became a successfull platform in enhancing bilateral cooperation between China and Dubai economies.
