Grand Bleu Tower

Grand Bleu Tower by Emaar is an exclusive collection of branded residences situated in Dubai Harbor. It is the first partnership between Emaar and the renowned Lebanese fashion designer and a pride of the Arab world Elie Saab.

The architecture of the development is a reminiscence of Miami’s Art Deco district.
